Our Live Five has once again been put together with particular regard to the views of our clients. They are telling us that over the next 12 months retailers, banks, regulators and their suppliers will focus on privacy as a proposition, customer intimacy driven by hyper-personalisation and personalized payment options. For our transit clients, there will be a particular focus on reducing congestion through flexible fare collection. And all of this will be underpinned by a focus on cyber-resilience and a recognition that everything we do must strive to reduce our impact on the global environment.
