Does anyone know what the second factor is?
Don’t know but their current log-in procedure is by far and away the hardest to use of any I’ve tried. No easy to remember passwords for them – it’s all lengthy, unchangeable, random number strings that do not work with my browser’s save password function. This unfortunately leads to the use of post-its.
